At the end of the day, if you are happy with the outcome, then I’ve done my job well. I have been referred to as “passionate,” and “a skillful negotiator” by past clients.  I approach the process of purchasing and selling with a balance of tenacity and grace.  I have built lasting relationships with my clients over the last decade and this to me is a sign of true success as a realtor.

I began my career in real estate in 2006 with Royal LePage Johnson & Daniel Division. I was fortunate to work along side many of Toronto’s most experienced agents and gain a solid foundation in the business. A decade later, I joined one of the most progressive brokerages in the city, Sage Real Estate. I was drawn to the forward thinking mentality of the office and a team committed to working with the most advanced tools and marketing resources.

A Personal History

I was born in San Francisco and spent my early years in New York before my family moved to Toronto. I still love to vacation in San Francisco, something about the hills and the ocean will forever be special to me. When I bought my first property in Toronto one criteria was that it was a house on a hill. I ended up near the bottom of the hill, shadowed by a tall apartment building in the West end… but hey, we all have to start somewhere. In my heart I am a true Torontonian and I have loved all the neighbourhoods I’ve lived in over the years. In the early days of property ownership, I took cues from my DIY father. I felt confident I could take care of a house and become a landlord in a multi-dwelling property, which I did. I learned a great deal about investment property. Today, I live closer to the top of a hill with my husband and three children in midtown Toronto.

Prior to my career in real estate, I worked for nearly a decade in Technology and Business recruitment for professional services and digital marketing firms. I developed a solid foundation in match-making, finding the perfect job for the right candidate. I got tremendous gratification in being a part of this life changing event for my clients and helping companies grow.

I loved recruitment, but wanted to have more time outside of the office. Real estate was the perfect fit. I could match the right property to the needs of my clients. Different businesses, similar professions. I have the ability to understand the ‘science’ of the real estate business, and the ‘art’ of asking the right questions. This has always been the backbone of my success.
